If you already have basic notions of cocktails and a Margarita is too small for you, you need this course.
We will train you in modern cocktails so that you finish the course knowing how to apply new techniques and give an unexpected twist to your favorite cocktail.
We will work on techniques such as smoking, fat washing, infusions and macerations at the moment, basic fermentations, ice cuts or new liqueurs; Everything you need so you can take your creations one step further.
